Planting Seeds… the very best kind!

by Sharon on August 4, 2010

A few weeks back, my buddy told me about an awesome new website she found with some incredible worship music.

She said that her kids loved it, she loved it, and that it just might be addicting.

Honestly, I didn’t believe her.  But boy, was I wrong.

There is something about music that absolutely works for me… I love love love it. It gets in my head, it gets in my heart, and it gets in my spirit. And when it’s there it fills me up with JOY.

You really should listen to these songs. But be careful… they truly are habit forming (which I think might be a very good thing!)

Good, True & Beautiful

And what about you? What brought you JOY this week?

I totally agree with you about music! It is God’s and doesn’t He give us some wonderful music with which to praise Him! :-)

Music makes life more enjoyable. Good music makes the other stuff endurable, knowing that is not all there is.

WOW! Awesome! You’ll have to read my post today – this was just what I was looking for this morning! I was about to plan Bible memory for our school year. AND my kids LOVE it! I think it’ll be on all day!
Thanks!

I was able to get to the website and listen to some of the music. I really liked it! Thanks for sharing it with us! When my kids were smaller we used the Steve Green “Hide ‘em in Your Heart” CD’s. We still sing some of those songs when we want to emphasize a specific part of God’s word … like … “encourage one another and build each other up!”
