I went to college and double majored in Government and Religion (gotta love a Liberal Arts Education).
I graduated and spent the next 15 years working in sales and sales management.
15 months ago, on a whim, I decided to start a blog. I had never used Photoshop, I had never written HTML code, and I didn’t know how to upload a picture to the internet.
And the reason I’m telling you this, is that it makes no sense at all when you think about my new favorite thing to do…
My obsession with Photoshop and my expertise with transferring blogs to WordPress is spilling over into Blog Design and customization.
It’s an exciting development and I’m learning a lot. I love the challenge of stretching my brain to do things its never done before.
I guess this old dog can learn a few tricks, huh? (if you don’t get the “old dog” pun, you really should read this).
{I have a “big” project slated to launch within the week – I’ll plan to post a link to it to show you what I’ve been doing in the wee hours of the morning!}
Learning new things has brought me a lot of JOY in the last few months… how about you?

Oh boy I can’t wait for the reveal having just launched a new blog myself. However, I can’t say I have much passion for the code part of things.

I WISH I could figure out Photoshop! I have a hard enough time with Wordpress & Thesis… was up til 3am just figuring out how to get my new banner to fit just right. (It put up a good fight!) Love your site BTW

I am so computer illiterate that it isn’t funny… Live Writer is the best thing that’s happened to my blog in a long time. My brain just doesn’t understand computer talk.

I am excited about your news! I cannot belive how much fun I have had since beginning my blog. Photos and photoshop are also a fun challenge. So much to learn, and not enough time to apply to it!
