Fast Fix Friday

by Sharon on October 30, 2009

It’s Friday!   Yipee!!

And to celebrate, here is the photo we got from I ? Faces for their Fix It Friday challenge!

Pretty cute pixie, wouldn’t you say??

Here is it again with my edits….

I was flying through this, so I can’t remember the exact order of what I did, but I’ll try!

Using PS CS3:

- healing brush to remove the shadows under her eyes, and the scrapes on her legs
- adjusted the Red and RBG curves
- MCP’s Touch of Darkness to reduce the glare on her cheek
- Coffee Shop’s Powder Room on all her skin
- burned and dodged her eyes
- PW’s Boost and lowered the opacity to ~35%.

Looking at it now, it stills seems a bit washed out…  I wish I had more TIME to play today!!

And one more crop….

What do you think?  Better, but still a bit over-exposed?

OMG!!! I love the edit picture. What a beautiful shot to begin with and you made it look even better. I didn't think it would be possible. Do you teach classes on editing? WOW!

Looks great cropped at the end. I like close-up face shots!

I actually don't think it's overexposed at all. That slight overexposure actually makes her eyes pop a little more. I like it!
