little house, big back yard

by Sharon on September 24, 2009

When Nature Boy and I first met, he was living on a cattle ranch in Northern California and I was living in the suburbs of NYC.

It was a classic case of opposites attract.

After three years of a cross-country romance we finally decided it was time to live in the same time zone.  So we got married and I moved west to a 40,000 acre cattle ranch.

That’s right, 40,000 acres.

It’s where we fell in love.

It’s where we were newly-weds.

And it’s where we left a big piece of our hearts three years ago.

In just a few short days we’re going back.

And I can’t wait.

Sharon,
I didn't realize you were from CA! It is home for me too! We are headed back for a visit next week. Can't wait for my three year old to get on a horse! We are from the country too.
Have fun!
