If you are enjoying the bounty of the summer-time harvest, you might find yourself in a bit of a predicament…
Too much of a good thing!
Between CSAs, Farmer’s Markets, personal gardens, or good produce sales there can be times when you have more deliciousness than you can handle.

Do you have any other ideas for stretching nature’s bounty? Any tips on how to save lettuce?

we always go strawberry picking and it is so fun

I still have a large ziploc bag of cut up strawberries in my freezer to use! I am waiting for that perfect day to make a strawberry pie…but the freezer is my best friend regarding too much fruit!
